It has come to our attention that individuals throughout the United States have received checks fraudulently drawn on various bank accounts in mailings that list AMAG Pharmaceuticals, Inc. (“AMAG”) as the return address. AMAG is in no way affiliated with the sender(s) of these checks. AMAG does not send unsolicited checks, and any unsolicited check received in a mailing that lists AMAG as the return address did not originate from AMAG.
If you receive a check in a mailing that lists AMAG as the return address, do not cash the check and instead report it to your local authorities.
